representatives is a process requiring strict adherence to the Prescription
Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) guidelines. It must also be flexible enough
to accommodate the demanding schedules of sales representatives.

carton labeling, pallet loading, stretch wrapping, truck loading,
routing and scheduling.

Genesis Logistics offers specialized equipment for commercial
& residential deliveries and temperature protected line-haul
service.

Genesis Logistics offers ground, expedited ground or air carrier
services to meet the time specific demands of cycle, non-cycle
and new product launch shipments.

Customer Representatives
A dedicated pharmaceutical customer service team is available
to assist management and sales representatives with service inquiries
including delivery or shipment status issues, billing and POD
requests.
- Flexible
Appointments
Delivery appointments are available Monday through Saturday. One
or two-hour delivery appointment windows are available from 7:00
AM through 7:00 PM.

Deliveries
Trained delivery agents who specialize in inside deliveries place
Sample Drug Shipments into the residence or storage units.
- Custom
Management Reports
Performance reports on all aspects of the Sample Delivery program
are available. Some examples are: Shipment Status, Delivery Performance,
POD Report and Delivery Exception Logs.
- Documentation
Original bills of lading and delivery receipts are scanned and
archived, and then stored for three years in fireproof cabinets.
- Field
Survey Questionnaires
Once each year, a questionnaire is sent to each of the field representatives
that we service. The various department heads from your company
would determine the questions that will be included. The survey
includes each and every aspect of the delivery process.
